Vintage Glass Beads - Blue & Green

Large vintage Venetian millefiori beads. Venetian Chevron beads are the most beautiful, recognizable and collectable of all of the Venetian "Trade Beads". Chevrons beads are made by a multi-part process. These are a forest green color with 6 layers of red, black and white canes. Chevron beads, also called "Rosetta"and "Star" beads have been made Venice since the late 1400's and are still in limited production today. These have nice large holes so they can be used with hemp, macrame, yarn, or almost any stringing material. We have them in yellow too!

These small petal beads are a light blue color in a matte finish. German

These are rare frosted blue beads in a floral shape with ribbons of dark blue and white glass swirling in the bead. Each bead is unique, some are almost totally blue and others have lots of white swirls. ~ German
