Native American red coral necklace with hand made sterling rounds and sterling hook to finish it off. This coral is cut in thin slices that are rough and in a Heishe style. It is a rare dark red oxblood color. It has been restrung and is in excellent condition~ Circa 1950.

This vintage necklace is composed of pretty delicate branch coral beads in a salmon pink color. The branches alternate between long and short through out the middle of the necklace, and finish with only short ones closest to the clasp. This is very high quality natural coral with excellent color saturation and no visible pores or flaws. (It hasn't been dyed) The longest branches measure over 1 1/4 inches. They are slightly darker and have more color than some of the other angel skin pieces we have. The branches are graduated and are extra long in the center. This is a very high quality natural coral. This is an authentic Navajo Indian necklace composed of angel skin coral branch beads. It is longer than most I have seen and is finished with beautiful hand made sterling beads and a sterling hook clasp. These necklaces are becoming harder to find, and this is a lovely example of fine native american workmanship. Strung on a beading wire, it measures 27 inches long. The natural coral branches are a beautiful blush pink color and they graduate to a length of 1 3/4 inches long in the center. ~ Circa 1970.

This vintage coral necklace is stunning! It is a beautiful combination of tiger and apple coral, matrix jasper, pipe stone, and black wood beads. The lion is a mosaic of white, apple, and tiger coral, with Mother of Pearl eyes and black onyx outlines. Apple and Tiger coral are rare gemstones that are now protected and can't be imported into the US. There are matching round clip on earrings made from matrix jasper. Circa 1970.
