Shipping Policies - Estate Beads

FedEx Overnight Standard shipping is available for an additional fee. Your order will arrive by the end of the next business day once it leaves our warehouse.

Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

International Shipping -

We will ship by USPS - priority international or global priority international. The customer is responsible for all customs charges. We don't know how much your country will charge for custom fees. You must check with your country to calculate the custom's fees.

We will not ship to African countries and retain the right to refuse shipping to other foreign countries that have high rates of fraud.

Return Policy - Estate Beads

 

We gladly accept returns for * refunds or credit as long as the following guidelines are followed:
• 1) merchandise is received in its original condition
• 2) a copy of the original invoice is included
• 3) returns are shipped within 30 days of receipt
• 4) Be sure to include a written explanation of why you are returning the items so we can serve you better in the future
• 5) shipping and handling costs are not refunded*

* We do not credit for shipping charges either way, unless the return was due to an error on our part. If this is the case, authorization must be obtained prior to return shipping.
