Vintage Brooches & Pins

A Weiss long stem beauty brooch. Gorgeous prong set Austrian crystal rhinestone petals and leaves make this pin shine. Round cut aurora borealis crystals in shades of topaz are in the center of the flower. The pin is in very good condition, circa 1960 - Signed WEISS with no copyright symbol. See the back.

Here is a glamorous set of Juliana jewelry designed by DeLizza and Elster, Inc. It has light and dark topaz crystal navettes that are all prong set. There are fabulous gold leaves overlayed down the middle of each piece. The brooch has a c-clasp and the earrings are clip ons. I have attributed the set to D&E because of the beautiful layered design, and the construction on the back is very characteristic of Juliana/D&E jewelry. The set is in excellent condition. This set is a winning combination of shapes and shades of blue rhinestones and glass beads. The large center rhinestone and several smaller ones have an AB coating that really makes them sparkle. All the crystals are clear and are prong set in this lovely silver tone set. It includes clip on earrings. The set is in excellent condition and is signed Weiss on the earrings. What a delightful rhinestone brooch. This large brooch has a nice palette of blue and green Swarovski rivoli crystals. They are foil backed and still have their wonderful sparkle and clear vibrant colors. See another view.   See the back. Circa 1950's ~ Unsigned

Wow - what a large and colorful flower pin. This red, white, and blue enamel flower is an impressive brooch. It has lots of two-toned petals and a bright lime green stem and leaf. It is well made and in excellent condition. Circa 1960's ~ unsigned See the back.

This large brooch is just stunning. It is covered in prong set fancy glass stones. The stones are so beautiful and colorful. Each one is slightly different and many of them are opal glass and have a nice sheen and glow. The pear shaped stones are two toned red and white with a foil backing. The brooch is very well constructed and has a closed gold tone back. The size of the brooch and rarity of the glass stones make this brooch an outstanding piece. Fabulous 14kt gold estate brooch. It is a beautiful swirling floral brooch. It has a domed shape and has wonderful details on each leaf. This is Trifari's Dogwood Floral Brooch. It is a beautiful flower brooch with white enameling and a spiky gold center. I love the way the ends of the petals curl up and have the shiny gold accents on them. It is well made and in excellent condition. Circa 1960's ~ Signed Trifari© in a rectangular box. See the back.

Handmade Native American sterling silver pin with inlaid lapis in the shape of a feather. This is a traditional design used by several Native American Tribes. It has an older style trombone or tube clasp which was used from 1890-1930's. Signed with a partial stamp that I can not read. Circa 1920's ~ See the back.

Handmade Taxco Mexican sterling silver brooch in the shape of a fish. It is inlaid with colorful abalone shell. This piece can be worn as a pendant or vertically as a pin. It has a clip on bail on the back as well as a c-clasp pin. It can easily slip over a chain or leather. Signed STERLING 925 TAXCO MEX POD with the Eagle 3 stamp. See the back.

This Italian made brooch is called a micro mosaic. It was hand made of tiny glass pieces called tessare. They were expertly arranged in the shape of a mandolin a dark blue background. It is in a wonderful gold tone frame. All the glass pieces are intact and the brooch is in excellent condition. It has an older safety pin style clasp. Click here to see the back.

Handmade sterling silver pin with a cut out flower in an oval frame. This is in the Danecraft style, but the pin is not signed. It has a dark patina and looks like it has a lot of age to it. Pin closure works very well ~ See the back.

Natural red coral branch that has been polished to perfection. You can't see any pores, flaws or spots in it. The coral is oxblood Italian, that is a dark red color, and very high quality. Mexican silver brooch with a traditional tribal face mask carved in black onyx. It is in a pretty sterling silver frame with filigree bead work.
