Blue Vitrail Rhinestone Wreath Brooch Vintage

Stunning blue and silver tone vintage brooch in a victory wreath design. Sparkling Swarovski navette and round rhinestones decorate this wreath. The rhinestones have an AB finish that flashes purple and blue colors.  The rhinestones are all prong set in a rhodium plated setting. The safety clasp works well.
