Lovely Vintage Sterling Silver Heart Charm from the 1940's. This style of charm is often associated with the "sweetheart" jewelry popular during the World War II era, and the raised, ornamental design is created using a technique called repoussé. Silver puffy heart charms were a popular sentimental gift for soldiers to give to their loved ones. It has a jump ring so you can easily add it to a bracelet or chain.
