This is a sterling silver Ichthus or Ichthys charm with a cross in the center. The Ichthus is an ancient symbol for Christ, it was used by early Christians as an "underground" method for identifying their faith. It is in excellent condition. Very nice religious charm that is a lovely remembrance of a Confirmation or Baptism.
