Antique Millefiori African Trade Bead with Sterling Silver Ends

These bead is an antique Italian/Venetian Millefiori tube beads from the early 1900's. The Italians are famous for making these beads. This bead has a bright blue background with with and yellow cane flowers. It is fitted with sterling silver end caps and has loops on each end that could be used as connectors or as bails. It will make a lovely addition your jewelry creation. This style bead is sometimes called fried egg or egg yolk. The bead shows some age and has a little pitting. This is normal for trade beads due to their age, journey and extensive use. You get this exact bead.
