This antique pin is a Czech filigree brooch featuring vibrant blue rhinestones set in an ornate  filigree metalwork.  This brooch was produced in Czechoslovakia during the Art Deco period, roughly the 1920s to 1930s.  It features an Intricate openwork metal filigree design with prong-set stone blue rhinestones.
