This antique pin is a Czech filigree brooch featuring a vibrant blue rhinestone in the center surrounded by colorful flowers. The rhinestones are set in an ornate brass filigree frame.  This brooch was produced in Czechoslovakia during the Art Deco period, roughly the 1920s to 1930s.
