This is an exquisite crystal vase with flowers etched into the sides. The inside is purple or amethyst, but it only goes about half way down. This is a signed creation by Mireau Crystal Company founder Perry Coyle. This art glass bears an elaborately etched floral design, which I think are Columbines.
Perry Coyle was an artist and designer for the Steuben Glass company. He left Steuben and founded the Mireau Crystal Company, also known as Oasis Studios, in 1976 in Los Angeles. He was the chief designer there for over 20 years until moving his studio to Colorado in 1996, and has since retired. This is a very heavy and thick crystal. The glass is in EXCELLENT used condition, no chips, repairs, etc.
- Signed: Coyle on bottom
- Size: 4" wide x 3" high, 2" round opening
- Weighs: 2.5 lbs
- Excellent condition
