Sterling Heart in Heart Charm Locket Vintage

This is a romantic sterling silver heart charm that has a smaller heart engraved in the middle. It is a puffy heart with a dark patina in the recesses. It opens to reveal two areas to add small pictures and closes securely.The back is marked STERLING Q. We will include a split ring so you can easily add it to a bracelet or chain.
