Fabulous 1940's Sterling Silver Puffy Heart Charm with an eye in the center. This heart charm is featuring an engraved evil eye or "seeing eye" design at the center, surrounded by a beaded border. For centuries the eye was symbolic of protection. The eye was a shielding talisman worn in many cultures. The back is plain with no engraving.
