Italian Millefiori Bead Necklace Hand Knotted
This is a gorgeous and long vintage Italian Millefiori glass bead necklace. It features multi-colored handmade Italian glass beads. The bright and colorful beads are 8mm rounds and are knotted on red and yellow silk. There are small gold filigree bead caps as accents. The Italians are famous for making these beads by fusing colorful cane rods. Millefiori literally means 'thousand flowers', because the beads look like there are little flowers and hearts inside.
