Gorgeous Renoir Modernist Copper Clip On Earrings. These vintage earrings have a Mid-Century modern design with curves and round balls that remind me of music notes. The vintage earrings have clip on backs that are tight and signed Renoir, the California company that produced beautiful copper and enameled jewelry from the late 1940s through the mid 1960s. Collectors cherish Renoir jewelry for its unique combination of mid-century style and artisanal quality. Renoir copper jewelry was very high quality and made with their exclusive Copron process. The jewelry had hang tags marked "Do not polish the Copron finish insures Renoir Jewelry against tarnish and fingermarks."
